I'm a little delayed on this post as well as I shot these at the beginning of December when my niece and nephew were spending some quality time in St. Louis! They were such troopers on this brisk December day! I can't get over how old they are getting and how fun they are to just hang with!

It was a short but very successful session with lots of fun at the end! And a huge thank you to Grandma for going along and helping.

She looks more and more like her pretty mama every day!




This toothless grin makes me smile from ear to ear!

This sweet guy warmed my heart on a cold December day! He was so perfect and slept through the entire session. Properly prepped and ready to go when we got there, he really made our job a breeze!

If he doesn't give you baby fever, I don't know what will!

It's that time of the year where things move a little slower. The traffic because of the snow...my satellite dish because of the snow...my motivation to anything but stay in my pajamas...because of the snow...you get my point. So why not spice things up a bit?!

Ethan did so well for his big debut and has the cutest, squishiest face EVER! I couldn't get enough of this big guy and was so excited to catch up with his parents! Congratulations again Jen + Kurt. He's a keeper!

More of sweet Penny's newborn session. So far this was the only day I've seen snow flurries thus far this winter. I could use a snow day or two=)

Sneak Peek: Colin's 1st Birthday! [St. Louis Family Photographer]

Families trust me to capture such momentous moments in their lives. A first birthday is a pretty big deal. Not only for the birthday girl or boy, but also for the parents. It's a year of change, trials and joy through many milestones! And I couldn't have been happier to share it with Colin and his wonderful family who always makes me feel just like I'm part of the fam!

This was such a wonderful way to spend my afternoon and kick-off New Year's Eve! A special thanks to Colin's grandparents who asked me to join them for the big day and give Cass + Bob the wonderful experience of enjoying the day with Colin!
