Sneak Peek: Introducing Lydia [St. Louis Newborn Photographer]

Just 6 days new and as sweet as can be! Lydia was absolutely perfect for her newborn session in the studio today. I grew up with Lydia's mommy and it truly was an honor to capture and share in this moment with her!

I'll take the 75 degrees in December and was able to get in the last of the holiday sessions! I met this beautiful family at Quail Ridge as we enjoyed what might be the last of the warm weather!

Sneak Peek: The S. Family [St. Louis Family Photographer]

I absolutely love reconnecting with so many that I grew up with through photography. Megan is one of those reconnections as she and I went to the same high school; and her brother and I graduated from the same class. It's such a small world as we find ourselves living not too far from one another in the St. Louis area.

We had a great afternoon at Quail Ridge to capture some family photos and also a few very fun photos of Mattie in her rehearsal outfit. She made it through tryouts of The Nutcracker and will be performing in a few short weeks at the Peabody! How exciting!

I was so glad to hang out with this family on Saturday as well! Grammy was in town and she wanted pictures with each of her beautiful grandchildren. I think we met our goal!

Sneak Peek: Penny is 1! [St. Louis Family Photographer]

I can't believe this baby girl is turning 1 and is my first to graduate the First Year package!  It has been such a joy and a pleasure to work with Penny's family over the past year and capture her as a newborn, 6 months, 9 months and now!

And for her 1 year session, she showed just how big her personality is!

Sneak Peek: Rachel is 6! [St. Louis Family Photographer]

I've been photographing Rachel since she turned 4. And I can assure you that I rarely pose this girl. She does it all on her own and just loves the camera which makes my job pretty easy.

There was something noticeably different about Rachel this time . She has apparently kept the tooth fairy quite busy this year with her new smile!

Sneak Peek:: Jake :: 9 months [St. Louis Family Photographer]

I seriously could have posted about 20 sneak peeks from this happy guy! I can't believe Jake is already 9 months old and we're planning his 1 year session in just a few months.

Jake was perfect for his 9 month session...he's pulling himself up a bit and sitting like a pro but no crawling on this day. No--Jake waited till 2 days after to start that new trick! And this made me a very happy photographer!

This coming weekend, I get to spend some more quality time with this guy for an extended family session! I seriously can't wait.
