Sneak Peek: Bridget, Joey, Maddie + Emma [St. Louis Family Photographer]

I've been waiting six years to do this. And so has my sister.

Next week marks a new chapter for my sister and her family. One that I know is a little scary, but oh-so exciting to be starting a new adventure in life. She and her family will pack up and drive cross-country to move to their new home in the Midwest. And I know they will miss the friends that they have made over the last six years-their church community, softball team and co-workers. And as a family member, I'd like to thank each and everyone of these people who made them feel welcome and at home in Salt Lake while being so far away from family. To be quite honest, I feel so many emotions and one of them is heartache to leave this beautiful place and these wonderfully kind people who have called them family while they were away from us.

This is my last trip out to Salt Lake for some time. And before they moved next week, Bridget asked that I take their family pictures in this place that they have called home and have grown their family. She chose the Great Salt Lake because the sunsets are just incredible there-I don't think anyone would disagree with that. So below are just a few sneak peeks to share the beauty of this state and the beauty of my family.

Bridget, Joey, Maddie + Emma--we can't wait to have you HOME! We've been waiting a long time for this and we know you have too...so here's to new adventures + family memories being made more often. All our love in your new life!
